Basically, all orders include free shipping, and we cover import duties and taxes. We also cover all import duties and taxes, so in most cases you will not face any additional charges. Please note that final customs decisions are made by your local authorities, and in rare cases extra fees may apply.

Tracking Updates

Once your tracking number is generated, please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update -- especially during busy periods such as holidays. Your order is already on the way even if tracking shows no activity yet. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us.
